Yes, our team can see how many treatments you have left. It’s all tracked in our secure system.

Yes, each treatment is spaced out for best results. We will help you plan it at your consultation.
A missed appointment (no-show) will count as used. Late cancellations (less than 48 hours) will incur a £75 charge.

Treatments must be used within 12 months and cannot be carried over.

You can cancel your membership within the first 14 days after signing up as long as no treatments have been taken.
No. Packages are one-off purchases. Memberships include regular treatments, payment plans, tracking and exclusive benefits.
Yes, and you’ll receive 10% off all additional treatments during your membership. We will help you plan these around your membership treatments.
