Nutritional Therapy
I take a root-cause, functional approach to health concerns, helping to explore why symptoms may be happening rather than simply managing them. If you have ever felt your symptoms were dismissed or not fully understood, please know they are valid – and they are not something you simply have to live with.
Many people come to see me when they are experiencing symptoms such as bloating, reflux, fatigue, weight changes, cholesterol concerns or hormonal changes. Nutritional therapy allows us to step back, understand what may be driving these symptoms and create a personalised plan to support your long-term health.
I work alongside the medical team to support patients using evidence-based nutrition and lifestyle strategies that complement medical care.

Science-Based Approach
I take an evidence-based, science-informed approach to Nutritional Therapy. I am a member of the British Association for Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine and the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council, and I hold a First-Class Honours degree in Nutritional Therapy.
Nutrition advice can often feel overwhelming, with conflicting information everywhere. Working with a qualified practitioner ensures you receive clear, personalised guidance that is grounded in both scientific research and clinical practice.

Areas I Commonly Support
Many clients come to see me with several overlapping concerns such as fatigue, digestive symptoms, blood sugar instability or weight changes. Nutritional therapy allows us to step back, look at the bigger picture and create a personalised plan that supports your overall health rather than focusing on a single symptom in isolation.
I take an evidence-based, practical approach, helping you understand how nutrition, lifestyle and physiology work together so we can address the underlying drivers of symptoms and support long-term health.
My Approach
Every person I work with is different, with health goals unique to them. My role as a Nutritional Therapist is to use the latest research, tools and scientific knowledge and apply them to your situation.
Together we explore your symptoms, identify possible drivers and develop practical strategies that support your health in the long term.
It is a puzzle we solve together, combining evidence-based medicine with a personalised plan you can realistically follow.
Clients often report improved digestion, more stable energy, better blood sugar balance and greater confidence in managing their health.

Live Well – £995 |
| This 16-week programme gives you comprehensive support while we work together to address the root causes of your health concerns.
We begin with a longer first consultation to fully understand your health and set personalised goals. We then meet every two weeks for three months, with weekly email or call support – meaning you always have guidance available if anything arises between sessions. The final month is independent, ending with a check-in consultation to review progress and next steps. |
Simply Well – £225 |
| If you are looking for clear, personalised support without committing to a full programme, Simply Well offers a focused starting point.
In this session we take a detailed look at your health, lifestyle and any relevant test results, focusing on the single issue most important to address. You will leave with a clear understanding of what may be happening in your body, practical steps you can begin immediately, and the tools to move forward confidently. This is followed by a 20-minute check-in call to review progress, answer questions and refine your plan. |
